The Fatherhood Engagement Coordinator oversees the Fatherhood Initiative Program, ensuring compliance fidelity to the 24:7 Dad model, and impactful service delivery. This role champions fatherhood's vital role in strengthening families and communities, providing educations, support, and engagement to empower fathers and foster connections with community partners.

We are looking for a Fatherhood Engagement Coordinator who must have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent years of relevant experience, is required. Preferred fields of study include human services, social work, criminology, or a closely related area.
- At least 2 years of experience in human services, child welfare, or juvenile justice, preferably working with underserved or diverse populations.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Must be a male caregiver or father with personal caregiving experience
- Availability to work evening hours
- Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
Job duties and responsibilities include:
- Carry a small caseload, providing direct client services as needed to support program needs and maintain service continuity.
- Oversee timely and accurate completion of programmatic, administrative, compliance, and fiscal documentation.
- Conduct outreach and provide ongoing education and peer support to the community and stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support to fathers transitioning into the Alumni phase of the program.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, community agencies, and professionals to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the program’s success.
Job Essentials:
- Manage all aspects of the Fatherhood Initiative Program, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Monitor program operations to ensure fidelity to the 24:7 Dad model and compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements.
- Guide intake processes, case management, and supportive interventions, making client-related decisions as needed.
- Build collaborative relationships by participating in community activities, meetings, and events to promote the program and its services.
- Implement and facilitate 24:7 Dad workshops and in-home curriculum as required, maintaining fidelity to the model.
- Lead monthly team meetings, consultations, and staff development activities. Ensure effective collaboration and morale among team members.
- Evaluate program performance to ensure compliance with contractual and operational standards.
- Stay current with training and regulatory requirements, participating in ongoing education to enhance skills and program quality.
