Quality Control Administrative Assistant - Part-Time
This role facilitates the efficient operation of the Youth Screening Program by performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties related to quality control and reporting. It provides Support to supervisors and staff through a variety of tasks related to documentation, communication, reporting, and compliance with contractual standards. The position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the capacity to work in a secure, highly structured environment.
We are looking for a Quality Control Administrative Assistant who must have:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Two years’ experience in a general clerical office setting
- Must have valid driver’s license, ability to use personal vehicle for work purposes, and appropriate vehicle insurance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Serves as contact person to DJJ for all office equipment and/or needs.
- Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material
- Performs administrative functions necessary to monitor contract compliance to include invoicing requirements.
- Assists leadership to ensure program staff are in compliance with training and program standards.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Job Essentials:
- Maintains confidential databases and records to assist in monthly reporting and invoicing.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Tracks and monitors quality assurance metrics, incident reports, grievances, and corrective action plans.
- Assists with preparing documentation for internal audits, contract monitoring, and accreditation reviews.
- Compiles and prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports for program leadership.
- Ensures proper documentation and retention in accordance with operating policies and procedures.
