The Case Support Specialist provides administrative, operational, and family support functions to the FFT program by assisting staff with non-clinical tasks, ensuring timely referral processing, accurate data tracking, and effective coordination with families, referral sources, and community partners. This position also supports families in identifying and connecting to needed resources and services, helping to reduce barriers and promote successful engagement in treatment.

We are looking for a Case Support Specialist who must have:

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years' experience and/or volunteering in the social services field, preferably working with hard-to-reach, underserved, diverse populations.
• Shared lived experience and experience working with at-risk families. 
• Community, agency liaison, outreach and engagement experience desired.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather and document referral information from referral sources.
• Initiates first contact with referred families to assess readiness for engagement in Functional Family Therapy (FFT), address immediate barriers to participation, and facilitate connections to community resources that meet basic needs.
• Maintain and update the referral tracker and client census daily for accurate monthly reporting.
• Track and input client satisfaction surveys and program outcome data.
• Prepare monthly referral and outcome summaries for stakeholder and internal reporting.
• Serve as the on-site Safety Representative, maintaining office safety items, licenses, and certifications.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and essentials.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the FFT team.
• Participate in required BAYS training and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
