Program Director - FFT Pinellas

The Program Director provides direct supervision to a team of therapists who will implement Functional Family Therapy (FFT/FFT-CW). Position bears responsibility for day-to-day operations of program, and the achievement of program quality goals as established by the Provider and contract requirements.
We are looking for a Program Director who must have:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations of a community-based clinical or social service program serving children, adolescents, and families. Experience supervising professional and administrative staff.
- Training or experience in business development, personnel management, and financial oversight.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License, insurance, and reliable transportation.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
- Direct program operations and service delivery, ensuring client and staff safety, adherence to FFT fidelity, and compliance with provider, local, and state standards.
- Maintain full contract compliance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, documentation, and data submission as defined by funder and contractual requirements.
- Provide individual and group supervision to FFT therapists to build clinical competency, address complex cases, and promote high-quality, evidence-based practice.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of treatment, supervision, and outcomes consistent with FFT and agency requirements.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring sufficient coverage and promoting professional growth and retention.
- Collaborate with referral sources and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships, sustain referrals, and coordinate care for families.
- Monitor data entry and outcomes in the FFT database and EHR systems, providing summaries and analysis to organizational leadership.
- Ensure site accessibility and family convenience, maintaining flexible hours that support engagement.
- Provide 24/7 clinical and administrative support to therapists for crisis situations and case coordination.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
